i had a wonderful stay at comfort inn! the staff were super friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. the hotel is close to acadia, making it a great base for exploring the area. my favorite part was the pet-friendly amenities, including a special doggy blanket and a cute welcome note from the hotel's mascot.

my mom and i loved this cozy spot as it was just under 2 km from downtown where we enjoyed walking to local shops and the beautiful downeast scenic railroad, perfect for discovering the charm of the area.

Also, be prepared for an unexpected amenities fee for cookies and soup that doesn't make its way onto the initial rate—a bit of a downer when budgeting for the trip.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with clean amenities and a great breakfast that included delicious options like lemon water and coffee late into the night, all conveniently located just a short drive from Bangor Airport.

I was particularly impressed by the beautifully decorated lobby and the spacious layout of the hotel. The separate shower and toilet design made it very convenient for us seniors, providing both privacy and comfort during our stay.

A few grab bars in the shower would help.
